The state Senate is set to vote on the earned sick days bill (S-799) this Thursday. Just as our coalition won passage of the bill last session, we must once again urge our elected officials in the state Senate to support earned sick days for all New Jersey workers.

No matter how long it takes, our coalition will ensure that this commonsense bill is signed into law. Our coalition thanks the bill’s many supporters, its prime sponsor Senator Loretta Weinberg, and Senate President Steve Sweeney for his leadership on this bill and once again bringing it to the floor.
