Working Families United for New Jersey, Inc. is spearheading the campaign for a statewide earned sick days law. Our coalition’s persistent efforts, including writing letters and frequent meetings with legislators, continues to be the force driving this legislation forward.

A hearing will be held this coming Monday, June 22, 2015, in the Senate Labor Committee on earned sick days legislation (A-2354/S-785). I ask that you please join us next week to testify on behalf of the bill and demonstrate our broad-based support. We were strongly represented during the Assembly hearings, and we must now be equally vocal as the Senate takes up this legislation.
