We will seek to prove that this policy is not only good for workers and public health, but also enhances local businesses. This law would create a moral and level playing field for workers and certainly boost employee performance and morale.
We sincerely thank Assemblywoman Pamela Lampitt (D-6) and Assemblyman Raj Mukherji (D-33) for their sponsorship of this bill in the Assembly. Once again, it is a testament to your hard work that this bill has come this far. With your continued support, we will succeed in achieving a statewide earned sick days law. Please be sure to join us on Monday, October 27th in Trenton.
